Sigma® pairs the outstanding chemical resistance of PTFE with enhanced dimensional stability.

Developed for processes ranging from cryogenic temperatures to 500ºF (260ºC), and suitable for sealing virtually every chemical medium across the entire pH range (0-14). Sigma® range materials contain non-stick properties that aid in an easy removal process after their usage to dramatically reduce the downtime on shutdown.

Sigma® 500: Biaxially orientated PTFE containing hollow glass microspheres - COLOUR: Blue

Sigma® 511: Biaxially-orientated PTFE containing silica - COLOUR: Fawn

Sigma® 533: Biaxially orientated PTFE containing barium sulfate - COLOUR: Off white (pigment free)

Sigma® 588: Biaxially orientated PTFE - COLOUR: Off white (pigment free)

Sigma® 600: Developed specifically for petrochemical and chemical use. FDA compliant for both low and high bolt loads. Is non contaminating with lower creep an cold flow. A single gasket replacement for metallic and non-metallic flange applications.
