Thermiculite® Gasket

Thermiculite® High Temp gasket materials are rated for temperatures from cryogenic up to 1000ºC and have passed the API 607 fire test.

Thermiculite® sealing materials withstand high temperatures in critical service, corrosive environments and are free from oxidation.

Product range

Thermiculite® 715: Coreless Sheet is available in a standard sheet size of 2m x 1.5m range of 0.8 through 3.2 mm.

Thermiculite® 815: High temperature sheet reinforced with a 0.004˝, 316L stainless steel tanged core.

Thermiculite® 835: Spiral Wound Gasket with Thermiculite® filler, suitable for high temperatures, chemicals and corosion.

Thermiculite® 845: The Flexpro™ Kammprofile is available with Thermiculite® facing.

Thermiculite® 866 & 866LS - has been exclusively developed for use in solid oxide fuel cells.

Thermiculite® 894: A range of Valve stem packings which use Thermiculite® technology, for use with high temperatures/critical service.

Thermiculite® 896: High temperature sealing material based on a blend of thermally and chemically exfoliated vermiculite bonded to a flat 316 stainless steel reinforcing core.
